Your clients expect you to have a consistent style and that wont happen with the big online outsourcing companies who farm out your work to random editors. We are a boutique editor with a limited clientele specifically designed for personal one on one customer service.
Our workflow is uniquely local
We have two ways of getting files back and forth and the choice is yours. Like most online outsourcing services you can transfer your image files to us via Dropbox or Google Drive but for a limited time during our startup launch we will be offering a free door to door local pick-up of a flash drive. Being a local service we strive to make your life easier and more efficient by not waiting for an online upload or download.

Most of the local photographers know that we have been doing a same day instant slideshow at our weddings for over 19 years. What most people don’t know is that every single wedding that we show in our online galleries has only been edited on site at the wedding reception. Meaning that all the images showcased in this link have been chosen (or culled) the day of the wedding at the reception from over 2000 original images, then highlights are selected and edited in Lightroom in approximately 30 minutes at the wedding venue.

Photon Editing FAQ
How do I send or transfer my image files for editing ?
Thanks for asking we have two choices for our local clients. Choice one is to upload and send files via Google Drive or Dropbox. The second choice if you don’t want to mess with wasting upload & download times is to use our door to door service where we pick up a flash or SD card from you!
What if I have more than 1000 images to be edited ?
Being that we charge $200 for 1000 images that figures out to .20/ image so Images over 1000 would be charged on a per image basis. For example 1500 total images would be an extra $100 bringing your grand total up to $300
Do you cull images and what is "ERROR culling"?
Unfortunately at this point we don’t offer culling but we may in the future. Culling is very personal and it depends on each artist’s taste so we leave that up to you. “Error” culling is if out of the 800-1000 images you send us we find an out of focus or problem file we remove it from the mix. Our specialty is editing in a seamless style so your clients never even knew it was outsourced.
Do you edit just weddings or anything?
Anything! We are a custom boutique editing service that doesn’t try to compete with the big overseas outsourcing companies that farm out editing to random people. We are more personalized as if you hired someone to sit at your computer so you could have more family time.
Do you use Lightroom and are the files exported (fixed)?
Yes we do use Lightroom but not exclusively. I use another program for color correction. The edited files are exported and sent back to you all ready to be shared with your client.
How do I pay and what is the process?
We take credit card payment via our website or over the phone. Payment is due prior to us returning the finished files to you. Most clients will pay for the service when they upload the files to be edited.
